Ramadan Recipes- وصفات رمضانية

حضرت هذه القائمة من بعض الوصفات الرمضانية التي نشرتها سابقاً في موقع ميمي للطبخ وموقع صوفيا
للحلويات لكي يكون البحث عن وصفات سهلاً لزوار الموقعين
تشمل المجموعة وصفات تعد في شهر رمضان المبارك في أغلب البيوت في الشرق الأوسط. و هذه وصفات
سهلة ولذيذة أيضاً

شوربة العدس : هي شوربة نباتية تحضر من العدس المجروش البرتقالي اللون. يمكنكم إضافة أي أنواع من الخضار والبهارات حسب الذوق الشخصي.

شوربة البندورة: تتكون من عصير البندورة والشعريه الرفيعة. يمكنكم إضافة مرق اللحم أو الدجاج لها حسب الرغبة. شوربة الخضار : مكونة من مجموعة من الخضار الموسمية وتحضر كطبق نباتي أو بمرق اللحم
شوربة البصل: مكونة من البصل، مرق اللحم والبهارات، تزين بالخبز المحمر والجبن السايح
شوربة خضار إيطالية: طبق نباتي من الخضار ومرق البندورة مع اضافة الأعشاب الايطاليه
فتوش: هي سلطة من الخضار الطازجة ، البندورة، والخبز المحمص أو المقلي. أنا أضيف لها الزيتون الأخضر الخالي من النوى لإضافة طعم جميل للسلطة
قمر الدين: عصير مشهور في رمضان يحضر من رقائق المشمش المجفف. يعطي طاقة وإنعاش للصائمين
خشاف: مكون من المكسرات والفواكه المجففة مع خلط الجميع مع عصير المشمش أو كما يعرف بإسم قمر الدين
عوامه أو لقمة القاضي: عجينة مقليه على شكل دوائر وتغمر بالقطر , الشيرة
قطايف: حلوى معروفه في رمضان في أغلب بلاد الشرق الأوسط. العجينة تحشى بالقشطة ، المكسرات، المهلبيه أو حتى التفاح. تقدم مقلية أو مشوية وتغمر بالقطر
كنافه: من الحلويات السهلة التحضير في البيت وألذها. تحشى بالمكسرات أو الجبن وتقدم ساخنة بعد صب القطر عليها
عيش السرايا: مكون من الخبز التوست المحمر والمغمور بالقطر ثم يزين بالقشطة والفستق الحلبي
بسبوسه أو نمورة أو هريسة : هي مكونة من السميد ، اللبن الزبادي ، السكر، الزبدة، تخلط معاً وتخبز ثم يضاف إليها القطر وتقدم باردة أو في حرارة الغرفة
البقلاوة: من الحلويات التي تقدم في جميع المناسبات و سهلة التحضير في البيت اذا وجدت جميع مكوناتها وهي عجينة الرقاقات ، الزبدة، الحشوة حسب الذوق الشخصي يكون من المكسرات أو الجبن أو القشطة
القطر او الشيرة : وهو العامل المشترك في تحضير الحلويات الشرق أوصطيه ويتكون من السكر ، الماء وقليل من عصير الليمون الحامض

This is a list of some Ramadan recipes that I have published before for your own convenience. I thought having these recipes on a list makes the search easier for few favorite recipes to prepare during the holy month of Ramadan. Enjoy and have many many blessings! Lentil Soup: Is a vegetarian soup that is made from split lentils. You may add a variety of vegetables and spices to this soup to make it your own.
Tomato soup: A vegetarian soup consists of tomato paste, water and vermicelli pasta. Plain simple and easy to prepare but very delicious.

Fattoush: A very well known salad, prepared with greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and toasted or fried pita chips. I personally like to add pitted green olives to it to add to its tangy taste.
Khushaf: Is a selection of dry fruits and nuts mixed in apricot drink that forms into a delicious meal/ dessert that is full of nutrias and fiber.
Amar Al Deen drink: Is a type of drink that is made during the holy month of Ramadan that provides energy and nice refreshing taste.
Awwameh OR Luqmet El Qadi: is a type of runny dough formed into balls and fried in hot oil then dipped in sugar syrup and served hot or cold. Ataiyef: A very popular dessert that is prepared in Ramadan. The dough is a pancake like dough that is filled with a variety of fillings such as nuts, milk pudding, cheese or even apples.
Knafeh: Consists of hair like dough rubbed with butter and then filled with many types of fillings, such as nuts, cheese or full cream, baked and then drenched with sugar syrup. Served hot or cold, depending on the type of filling.
Bread and Cream Sweets: made of toasted bread, drenched in caramelized sugar syrup and then topped with cream and pistachios. served cold.
Samolina Cake: Made of Cream of wheat or Semolina flour with yogurt, sugar and butter. Baked and then topped with sugar syrup. Served at room temperature.
Baklava: This famous dessert is served anytime of the year. Made from filo dough and filled with nuts, baked and drenched in sugar syrup.
Sugar Syrup: is a very common sweetener in the form of syrup that is prepared to accompany Middle Eastern desserts and sweets.
